ICT leader NEC has welcomed a new reselling partner after recognising the expertise and skills of the team behind growing provider BDM Voice. The addition of BDM Voice forms part of NEC’s plan to deliver new approaches to how ICT services are managed for enterprises as they grow and go about daily operations.
BDM Voice is committed to delivering advanced technology systems to businesses of all sizes across the UK, allowing them to improve efficiency, boost customer service, and tighten up security. The inclusion of BDM Voice in NEC’s programme is a testament to the effectiveness of the brand’s products.
Historically, big telecom firms have held a monopoly in business ICT service but that’s now changing. Working across a wide range of sectors, including automotive, hospitality, estate agents, and healthcare, BDM Voice delivers high tech, cost effective call monitoring and call tracking solutions to firms from start-ups to large, established companies.
Mike Surridge, Managing Director of BDM Voice, said, “We are thrilled to be become part of the NEC family offering advanced telecoms to businesses that may have outdated systems or inferior features due to budget. We’ve removed that barrier. The scalability and affordability of the NEC products make our technology accessible to everyone.”
Initially, BDM Voice offered call recording services but following a growing client list and customer feedback, they have extensively developed their offering over the years. Through the NEC partnership, businesses can now access a range of advanced and practical features.
Among the range of innovative elements of the services is a call security feature to protect firms against toll fraud, a growing threat to the UK with an estimated 85% of businesses considered to be vulnerable. Other features that are commonly thought of as expensive additions by SMEs that are now affordably priced are video conferencing and call management to monitor and report on call volumes.
Jim Eagers, Marketing Manager at NEC, commented, “What impressed us about BDM Voice and led to them becoming a partner of NEC was not only their knowledge of the telecoms industry but their vast experience in so many different sectors, including automotive, hospitality, estate agency’s to education and healthcare. They really do understand the challenges faced by a broad range of businesses and are committed to providing cost-effective, efficient solutions.”
